We are SoundPure ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), based in Italy. We operate https://www.soundpure.eu and any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.), so if your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, processed securely through Stripe. All payments are in Euros. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to refuse any order.
Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to recurring charges without requiring prior approval for each charge, until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For questions, contact support@soundpure.eu.
Fee Changes: We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any changes in accordance with applicable law.

The Services may allow you to create, submit, post, or transmit content including audio files, text, graphics, or other material ("Contributions"). When posting Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reformat, translate, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and any associated intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions.
You may link your account with third-party accounts (e.g. Google) by providing login information or allowing us access as permitted by that service's terms. We may access and store content from your third-party account to make it available on our Services. You can disable this connection at any time through your account settings.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not investigate, monitor, or check such third-party content for accuracy or appropriateness and we are not responsible for it. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms and policies.
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, restrict access, remove excessive or burdensome content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the European Union (Germany). By using the Services from other regions, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the EU.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on the Services infringes upon a copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately at support@soundpure.eu. Under applicable law, you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a copyright infringement notification.
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason without notice or liability, including for breach of these Legal Terms. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from registering a new account without our permission.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and may experience interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. We have no liability for any loss caused by inability to access the Services during downtime.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If your habitual residence is in the EU and you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Both parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, Italy.
Informal Negotiations: Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days, commencing upon written notice from one party to the other.
Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be determined by one arbitrator in accordance with the Rules of the European Court of Arbitration (Strasbourg). The seat of arbitration shall be Milano, Italy. The language of proceedings shall be English. Applicable substantive law shall be the law of Italy.
Restrictions: All arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only — no class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
Exceptions: The following are not subject to arbitration: disputes involving intellectual property rights, allegations of theft or piracy, invasion of privacy, and claims for injunctive relief.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) breach of your representations and warranties; (5) violation of third-party rights; or (6) any harmful act toward other users of the Services.
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for operational purposes. Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against us arising therefrom.
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed from these Legal Terms without affecting the remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms.
